Shipping

Orders will typically be shipped out within 1-2 business days. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you immediately and refund you the correct amount for the item using the original method paid. We do not ship internationally at this time.

You will receive an order confirmation at the time you place your order and another email confirmation once your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once on the checkout page, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Local Pick Up:

If you live in the Big Bear area, you can choose the local pick up option at checkout. When entering in your contact information, click on the "Pick up" tab under "Delivery". At this time we will only be offering local pick up between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm PST. You can call the shop (909-866-6652) when you are outside and we can bring your purchase out to the curb for you or you can come inside and pick up your purchase. Any orders placed after 5:30pm PST must be picked up the following day between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm PST.
